The room and bed were really big. Large windows , so lots of natural lighting. The balcony was nice to have. The room came with a really nice size fridge, T.V. and lots of outlets around the room. Very clean and a huge amount of space. The pool was nice and cool, great for an afternoon swim in the heat of the day. They also have elevators which is nice. Coffee and tea are free and located downstairs in the kitchen area each morning. The staff brought 2 bottles of water to the room each day. The front desk staff was very attentive and ready to help anytime I needed anything. Close to Chaing Mai Train Station (10min walk). I walk everywhere myself, but it is close to a 40 min walk into the city center. Easy enough to go to the main street and flag a Tuk Tuk or Red truck into town (about 10 min drive) . Lots of covered parking for both cars and scooters. There are many places to eat at local vendors and 7-11 only a 10 min walk. Short drive to everything else.

Air con great and big new fridge in room Supplied toilet paper, 2x waters, soap and shampoo daily Washing machines on-site for 30baht per use Chiang Mai train station is a 10 minute walk Chiang Mai bus terminal 2 & 3 is 30minute walk Staff were friendly, bed was firm Coffee provided daily in ground floor common area

This was my first stay at Eden Garden. I already had (bath-less) accommodation elsewhere in CM, and just wanted to soak in a hot bath for a few hours. Eden Garden delivered. The hot water is really good here and the tub is deep enough. I did end up sleeping the night, and yes the bed was hard, but personally I don't mind.

We picked this hotel because its just 5mins away from where we was taking an overnight train back to Bangkok, so for that was very good and the staff we're good, there even allowed us to leave our luggage behind after we checked out and went on a half day trip, thank you again for your help.
